By accessing and using Kind Calls' AI-powered daily check-in service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Kind Calls provides AI-powered daily check-in calls for seniors and individuals living alone. Our service includes:
- Scheduled daily phone calls using artificial intelligence
- Personalized conversations based on user interests
- Alert system for designated care persons
- Mobile app for monitoring and managing check-ins
- Call summaries and reporting
Eligibility
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal authority to make decisions for the person receiving check-ins
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Service Limitations
Please understand that Kind Calls:
- Is not a medical alert or emergency response service
- Cannot replace human care or medical supervision
- May experience technical issues that could affect service delivery
- Relies on phone connectivity and may not work during outages
- Uses AI technology which may have limitations in understanding or response
Emergency Situations
IMPORTANT: Kind Calls is not an emergency service. In case of a medical emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Our service is designed for wellness check-ins and should not be relied upon as a primary safety system.
Payment and Billing
Our service operates on a subscription basis:
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
- You authorize automatic recurring charges
- Pricing may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are limited to the most recent month or unused time, whichever is smaller
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination:

- Data may be deleted if you choose
- You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
